1. Sizes

Common sizes : 7cm 9cm 11cm, those are sizes of the pot not the plant. Other  sizes will be pointed out, please take note all the sizes are the diameter of the pot it self.

2. Shipping
Our orders cut off date is Tueaday, usually ship on Friday. Postage cost are $12 Express Post within Australia, All plants post bare roots. You will receive the same or similar plants as shown in the picture.
The color of the plant may change according to the season or the length of the light, the plant will be slightly dry after packaging, and the appearance may be slightly different from the photo. All our products are shipped with bare roots to reduce weight. Will deliver for South eastern suburbs of Melbourne they will come with the pot

3. If you have make multiple orders with us in different platforms, than you can leave us a note for combining the orders. 

4. Return policy
- Unfortunately we can't do refunds. All the succulents we ship out will be the same quality as the pic. When we send them off we make sure they have roots unless they are cuttings.
